Brilliant at the Basics: An Imago Advanced Course

Brilliant at the Basics is a lively, highly interactive advanced training that takes you beyond competence into artistry with the Imago Dialogue. You will sharpen your use of sentence stems, doubling, and mirroring styles to create more safety, connection, and forward movement, while learning how and why to choose different interventions at different moments in a session. Together, we will revisit and deepen the essential Imago theory pieces that help you stay regulated and empathically present, so you can trust the depth and reliability of the Dialogue process with all your couples.​

This training invites you to discover your personal brilliance as an Imago therapist and grow toward Imago Master level practice. You will refine a confident, empathic authority that honors the relational paradigm, integrates psychoeducation seamlessly, and uses creative adjustments within a solid Imago frame. Through demonstrations, practice, and focused feedback, you will learn to track nervous system cues, work flexibly with different Dialogues (including behavior change requests and parent–child Dialogues), and apply Imago tools intentionally to unlock deeper healing.

Friday - Sunday 8 am - 5 pm, ending at 2:30 pm on Sunday. Pre-requisite of 12 days of Imago Clinical Training
